Pete Vander Pluym's short film "forgiven" has won the Veneration Film Festival in Newport News, VA.  Pete received word on November 5th, 2007 that over the weekend the film had won its category, Best Professional Short and also Best of Show.  This is Pete's first win with "forgiven" but hopefully not his last.   Next up is the St. Louis International Film Festival beginning November 10th.
